Giving Up the Wizard Hat

I started wearing the hat almost a decade ago. It’s done me a great service. It’s made me more recognizable. It’s made me feel more confident when giving speeches. It’s a lot easier to feel people are laughing at the pointed hat than the words coming out of your mouth. All in all it’s been a great 9 years, but it’s time to set the hat aside.
